5. Orders

Changes requested after production has started may affect pricing, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
6. Custom & OEM Orders
For custom manufacturing and private-label production:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications.
- Drawings, samples, and artwork must be approved before production.
- Prototype approval may be required before bulk manufacturing.
- Customer-owned designs remain the intellectual property of the customer.
- Expert Blade will maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
7. Pricing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Prices are quoted in the agreed currency.
- Taxes, customs duties, import charges, and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Shipping charges may be quoted separately unless included in the agreement.
8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon before production begins.
Production may not commence until any required advance payment has been received.
Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in production delays, shipment delays, or order cancellation.
9. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith based on current manufacturing schedules.
While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including transportation disruptions, customs procedures, supplier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events—may affect delivery schedules.
Expert Blade shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
10. Shipping
Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed shipping terms between both parties.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information and delivery addresses are accurate before dispatch.
11. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.
Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or shipping damage should be reported in writing within a reasonable period after delivery, together with supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.
12. Warranty
Expert Blade warrants that products are manufactured according to agreed specifications and undergo quality inspection before shipment.
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper handling
- Incorrect storage
- Product misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear resulting from intended professional use
13. Returns & Claims
Returns are accepted only after prior written authorization from Expert Blade.
Approved claims will be evaluated based on inspection findings and the original purchase agreement.
Custom-manufactured products and OEM orders are generally non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
14. Intellectual Property

15. Confidentiality

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
17. Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with the laws, regulations, registration requirements, and import standards of their respective countries.
18. Force Majeure
Expert Blade shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Floods
- Fires

Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably possible after such circumstances have ended.
